Lely Tract 10 is a master planning study for the new “downtown” center of Lely Resort. The program of this neighborhood center includes a 150-room hotel, spa, fitness center, resort pools, lazy river, 8,000 square feet of retail, and a restaurant. It was important to create connections to and enhance the existing clubhouse, including additional tennis courts and parking spaces.
