The Cottages at Naples Bay Resort is an auxiliary development to the main Naples Bay Resort site, and provides recreational and club facilities for the entire project.

The site features a 14,000 square foot clubhouse and pool, a 1,000 square foot tennis center, and 108 tropical condominium units. The pool area features cascading waterfalls, a lazy river, lap pool, and a mineral pool/whirlpool. The residential component consists of three prototype buildings, each containing 8, 10, or 12 luxury units.
