Our three primary areas of practice include architecture, interior design and planning. At PK Studios, these disciplines are purposefully interwoven in a way that makes it difficult to tell where one ends and another begins. 

Architects and interior designers, both experts in their respective fields, will frequently collaborate on many aspects of the design during the course of a project. This process creates outstanding results for our clients.

Architectural services include design and construction plans for new buildings and renovations, permitting and contractor bidding support, oversight of projects during construction, and a wide variety of specialty services.

Interior design services include space planning, construction plans and finish selections using our extensive library for items like flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting and trim. We also provide custom millwork design and will frequently purchase furniture, art and accessories for our commercial and residential clients.

Planning services include initial due diligence and feasibility studies on commercial and residential properties, full-scale master plans, rezoning and related municipality approvals, and fundraising materials. On many planning projects, we partner with civil engineers to expand their capabilities with an architecture-centered approach.
