Jack's Marina is a conceptual site master plan for a livable boating community. The program of the 12-acre site included 50 residential units, a dry boat storage barn with 96 slips, 56 wet boat slips, a 3,000 square foot clubhouse, and a boat ramp and fueling facilities.
