The client challenged the design team with a separated two level space and multi-faceted program. The first floor space is triangular in shape, and boasts full height glass windows and doors along the front two sides, incorporating a welcoming front entry and leading the way to a formal conference room, operational offices, rental office, small meeting room, and a space for rotating sales associates. Due to its coastal location, a modern nautical theme was chosen to coordinate with the client's logo.

Dark blue walls set a tone of tranquility as sea grass, warm cherry woods, and cork flooring added to the warm, natural feeling throughout the space. Curved glass walls delineated office space allowing natural in. To conquer noise transmission in the two story entry, a custom white sail was suspended with the client's logo, highlighting the open space and enhancing the nautical theme throughout.

The second story space needed to hold several sales teams and offer maximum flexibility on design as the teams expanded. An open office system from Steelcase was put in place that incorporated multiple partition types such as sliding doors, glass panels, and many storage options.
