796 Fifth Avenue South (Bank of America)
The 796 Fifth Avenue South building is a 70,000 square foot, 14-unit mixed-use building in the heart of downtown Naples. Positioned as a primary entry to the downtown retail district, it also acts as a connector to Cambier Park, the city’s main downtown green space, and sits between two existing parking garages that feed the majority of pedestrian traffic on the street.
The project includes an anchor bank tenant, a 200-seat restaurant, café and other retail spaces, second floor offices, and third floor luxury residences.
