The 375 Fifth Avenue South building is a 27,000 square foot, five-unit mixed-use building in the heart of downtown Naples. The design features a major commercial bank as the anchor tenant, additional first floor retail space along the Fifth Avenue street front, second floor office space and banquet facilities, and five luxury residences on the third floor.
