Ole and Paseo are master planning projects located in Naples and Fort Myers, respectively. The two related communities utilize the same product types for the residential component, and similar clubhouses as the community center. The master plans are based on the concept of a town center, featuring integrated commercial uses such as the pool and spa, a bistro, ice cream parlor, pub, Internet café, a coffee shop, fitness center, business center and library, and theater. As a result, residents are able to enjoy local amenities without having to leave the community by automobile.
